How to Make THICK Icing Cookies (That Won't Break Your Teeth!!)

How to make thick royal icing decoratins that stay soft and loop flower video tutorial

No one ever warned me about real adult conversations with grown up boys. I kind of just assumed that if we speak the same language and I'm careful about my words that guys would understand me. But real life conversations with my husband turn out more like this --

Me: Oh no! Something unfortunate just happened. It's awful. I'm upset. Here are all the details about what happened and why I'm upset.... (as I spend 10 minutes giving exact reasons and details so he can't possibly misunderstand how I'm feeling.)

My husband: Yeah.

Me: Seriously?! Did you not hear a word that I just said? I'm upset and trying to communicate with you on a personal level so I can at least feel better about myself because I have a legitimate relationship with another person on the planet that values my existence and validates me as a person.

My husband: Okay.

Me: *crying into my ice cream* I love you ice cream. You never let me down.

My husband: Ooh. Pass me a spoon.

Sometimes I feel that way when I'm trying to describe a cookie technique with words instead of showing you in real life. Like...how to make THICK icing that's actually soft icing. It takes so many words...as still doesn't make sense. So I made you a video instead because I'm kind of obsessed with these super quick loop flowers and want you to make some.
